Today I did an email audit for a brand and felt REALLY sad.

This brand has a high-performing abandoned cart flow (~$3,600 rev year to date) + new subs increase every day (over 500 subscribers year to date). But their welcome flow has ZERO opens, ZERO clicks, and ZERO sales since being live in Jan.

Reason?

They triggered welcome flow with a WRONG list.

Okay, you might not believe this can happen. But after several email audits, I’ve seen it quite a few times.

1. Carefully check your flow set up before setting it live. It's better to have at least one additional person review it for you.

2. Regularly check your automated flows, not just performance but also setup to ensure everything is running correctly.
